Riverfront rehearsal dinner? Not a problem. The 1740 House offers the perfect backdrop for your celebration. The Club @ 1740 House is open year round to private parties for Club Members and guests of our sister property HollyHedge Estate. We limit how many private events we do each month so as not to inconvenience our Club Members, and availability is typically on a first-come, first-serve basis. We do apologize if calendar and space limitations may mean your preferred date is not available.
