Mixed Berry Salad $16
Fresh spring mixed greens tossed in a light strawberry vinaigrette. Topped with fresh strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, crumbled goat cheese and toasted almonds. Add grilled marinated chicken for an additional $6.
Green Goddess Dip $14
Kale, spinach, white cannellini beans, scallions, chives, basil and seasonings pureed with olive oil and served with a side of white corn tortilla chips.
Sicilian Calamari $18
Chopped calamari sauteed with fresh fennel spinach, lemon zest and garlic, deglazed with white wine and finished with fresh herbs and gratd pecorino cheese.
Wing Dings $18
Seasoned breaded chicken wings, deep fried and served with sides of buffalo sauce, buttermilk ranch and fresh celery.
Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl $22
Diced sushi grade Shi tuna (served raw and chilled), marinated in toasted sesame oil and soy sauce, served over jasmine rice with sliced ripe avocados, diced cucumber and chopped scallions, drizzled with spicy mayonaise and garnished with black sesame seeds.
1740 House Smash Burger $25
Black Angus ground beef mixed with BBQ pulled pork, topped with melted cheddar cheese, BBQ sauce and a steakhouse onion ring on a seeded potato roll. Served with a side of seasoned curly fries.
New England Lobster Roll $32
Buttered and toasted breoche split top roll stuffed with fresh chilled lobster meat mixed with diced celery, onion and fresh dill in a light seasoned mayonnaise. Served with a side of homemade 1740 potato chips.
Portobello Ravioli $26
Portobello and ricotta cheese filled ravioli sauteed with wild mushroom blend, garlic and chopped tomatoes in a light white wine butter sauce. Finished with fresh chopped herbs and shaved parmesan cheese.
Arroz C0n Pollo $28
Bone-in, skin-n chicken thighs braised in sofrito based tomato sauce, served over black and rice.
Summer Seafood Stew $32
Diced cod, halibut, swordfish, little neck clams, mussels, tiger shrimp and sweet Italian sausage simmered in a fresh fennel infused tomato-white wine broth. Served with fresh Italian breasd and garnished with fresh herbs and shaved parmesan cheese.
Black Angus Ribeye $40
Grilled 14oz black angus ribeye accompanied by roasted red bliss potatoes, grilled peak season Vidalia onion and finished with classic demi-glace.
