Pasta Fagioli – Cup $8, Bowl $16

White cannellini beans, orzo pasta and mirepoix vegetables simmered in a rich tomato-chicken stock, finished with butter, cream, herbs and spices. Garnished with shaved parmesan cheese and micro basil.

1740 Club Caesar Salad $16

Crisp romaine lettuce tossed with micro croutons, cherry bomb tomatoes, shaved parmesan cheese and a roasted garlic Caesar Dressing. Available with grilled chicken for $6

Caprese Salad $18

Fresh mozzarella layered with sliced beefsteak tomato, drizzled with a sweet balsamic glaze and topped with fresh micro basil.

Falafel $16

Classic chickpea fritter with minced vegetables, herbs and spices and deep fried. Serviced with a side of vegan tzatziki sauce. (Vegan Friendly)

Smoked Salmon Bruschetta $24

Diced smoked salmon mixed with beefsteak tomatoes, onions and basil in a light balsamic vinaigrette. Served over grilled Italian bread.

Pork Potstickers $18

Pork and minced vegetable filled dumplings, pan-fried in homemade chili oil with grilled pineapple and finished with diced scallions.

Patty Melt $25

Grilled 8oz Black Angus beef burger topped with Havarti cheese, sauteed mushrooms and thousand island on NY seeded ryye bread. Toasted in panini press and served with side of kettle cooked potato chips.

Chicken-Licken Sandwich $24

Mother’s Restaurant throwback. Pan seared chicken medallions sauteed with mushrooms and onions in a sherry brown sauce, topped with cheddar cheese and served on garlic bread. Served with a side of boardwalk fries. 

Handmade Cannelloni $28

Fresh baby spinach, wild mushrooms, ricotta and mozzarella cheese rolled in handmade pasta. Baked in oven and finished with a roasted garlic bechamel sauce. Garnished with shaved parmesan and fresh herbs. (Vegetarian Friendly)

Chicken Marsala $28

Chicken breast floured and pan seared, then sauteed with sliced mushrooms, garlic and marsala wine reduction. Served with rice pilaf and grilled asparagus.

Beef Brisket Burnt Ends $30

Tender, smokey cubes of beef cut from the point of the brisket. Smothered in barbecue sauce and served with collared greens and macaroni and cheese. (Gluten Free, including Mac & Cheese)

Cod $32

Pan seared cod topped with fire roasted tomato, garlic and herb crust. Accompanied by rice pilaf and grilled asparagus. (Gluten Free upon request)

Pork Chop $38

Grilled 10 oz bone-in pork chop served with sausage-cornbread dressing, collared greens and finished with a pan gravy.
