1740 Autumn Salad $18
Fresh mesclun tossed with dried cranberries, walnuts and crumbled goat cheese in a light honey mustard dressing.
Tomato Bisque Soup Cup $8 or Bowl $16
Add grilled cheese to your soup for an additional $7
Cheesesteak Egg Rolls $18
(3) Shaved beef, onion and cheese wrapped in an egg roll wrapper and deep fried, served with a side of sriracha ketchup.
Honey Roasted Pear Panini $20
Fresh Bosc pear drizzled with honey and roasted, sliced and layered on sliced sourdough bread with creamy brie cheese, toasted in the panini press. Served with a side salad.
Green Bean Casserole Fries $18
Onion battered green beans, deep fried, served with a side of mushroom cream and garnished with Frenchie’s onions.
1740 House Chili $20
Ground beef and pork simmered with peppers, onions, red kidney beans and jalepenos in a zesty tomato broth, finished with shredded cheddar, sour cream and scallions. Served with a side of cornbread.
Pumpkin Risotto $26
Arborio rice sauteed with garlic and onions simmered in a rich chicken broth with pumpkin puree. Finished with butter, cream and spices. Garnished with toasted pumpkin seeds and fresh herbs.
Vegetable Lasagna $28
Layeres of fresh pasta, ricotta, mozzarella cheese, mirepoix vegetables, spinach, asparagus and mushrooms in a classic bechamel sauce. Baked to perfection and finished with shaved parmesan cheese and fresh herbs.
Stuffed Chicken $28
Oven roasted airline chicken breast stuffed with dried cranberries, cornbread and brie cheese. Accompanied by roasted fingerling potatoes, asparagus and finished with pan gravy.
Pistachio Crusted Halibut $38
Chopped pistachio and breadcrumb crusted halibut pan-seared, served over rice pilaf, roasted baby carrots and finished with a fresh basil pesto cream.
NY Strip Steak $38
Grilled 14oz NY strip steak, topped with mustard-roasted garlic aioli and crunchy fried onions. Accompanied by roasted fingerling potatoes and asparagus.
