Valetine’s Weekend Menu

White Bean & Ham Soup $14

Diced ham, mirepoix vegetables and white canellini beans simmered in a rich homemade smoked ham stock, finished with herbs and spices. Served in a crock and garnished wtih fresh herbs. (GF)

Honey & Herb Baked Brie $18

A wedge of creamy brie drizzled with local honey and fresh herbs, baked in the oven and served with seedless red grapes, sliced snap dragon apples and fresh French baguette. (GF Available)

Diver Scallops $26

Three pan-seared diver scallops served over a bed of sauteed spinach and finished wtih a classic mornay sauce.

Pastrami Ruben $24

NY seeded rye bread layered with Schaller & Weber first cut pastrami, baby Swiss, sauerkraut and thousand island dressing. Toasted in the panini press and served with a side of boardwalk fries.

1740 House Burger $25

8oz Black Angus beef burger, grilled to order, topped with melted provolone and sauteed shiitake mushrooms. Served on a breoche bun and accompanied by boardwalk fries.

Mushroom Bolognaise $28

A plant based mushroom ground “beef” simmered in a rich tomato sauce with mirepoix vegetables, fresh garlic, shallots and herbs. Served over egg paperdelle pasta and garnished with shaved parmesan cheese. (Vegan without cheese)

Stuffed Chicken $32

8oz bone-in airline chicken breast stuffed with creamy brie and green seedless grapes, accompanied by roasted fingerling potatoes and grilled asparagus. (GF)

Carribean Conch Stuffed Cod $34

 Island inspired conch stuffed cod filet, served over saffron rice, sweet pea puree and finished with a light jerk tomato chutney.

Lobster & Shrimp Risotto $38

Arborio rice with sauteed garlic and shallots simmered in chicken stock with fresh cold water lobster, tiger shrimp, chopped asparagus and fiished with butter. Garnished with fresh herbs and shaved parmesan cheese. (GF)

Filet Mignon $42

Grilled 8oz filet mignon topped with a grlic and herb crust. Accompanied by roasted fingerling potatoes, grilled asparagus and fiished with a rich red wine demi-glace. (GF with out the garlic & herb crust)
