Sausage Gumbo Cup $8 or Bowl $16

Andouille sausage, mirepoix vegetalbes, peppers and okra in a rich homemade creole chicken stock, finished with fresh herbs and spices. (GF)

Romaine lettuce, ridicchio, carrots, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes and garlic croutons tossed in your choice of balsamic vinaigrette or Italian Viniagrette.

Falafel $16

A popular Middle Eastern street food of chickpeas, minced vegetables, hrbs ans spices mixed, rolled and deep fried. Served with a side of mint-yogurt dip.

Whipped Goat Cheese Dip $18

Creamy goat cheese whipped with house-roasted garlic, herbs, salt & pepper, served with a side of toasted French bread.

Stuffed Zucchini Blossoms $18

Zucchini blossoms stuffed with ricotta and herbs, lightly battered and deep fried, drizzled with sweet balsamic glaze.

Steamed Clams $18

A dozen fresh little neck clams steamed in white wine garlic butter, finished with fresh herbs. With a side of breadsticks. (GF available)

Melenzane Panino $18

Fresh Italian bread layered wtih fried eggplant, fresh mozzarella, baby arugula and sundried tomato pesto. Toasted, pressed and served with a side of boardwalk frieds.

1740 House Turkey Burger $25

Homemade 8oz turkey burger topped with crispy onions and melted provolone cheese on brieoche roll. Served with a side of fries. 

Eggplant Napoleon $26

Lightly breaded eggplant layered with sliced tomato, fresh mozzarella and basil, finished with a white wine tomato sauce and served over a bed of baby arugula.

Beef Stroganoff $28

Tender beef tips, sauteed cremini mushrooms, garlic and herbs in a classic beef gravy, finihsed with sour cream. Served over gluten free fusilli and finished with fresh chopped herbs. (GF)

Chicken & Broccoli Bake $28

Chicken breast and broccoli florets in homemade tomato sauce with marcarpone cheese and rigatoni, baked to a bubbly perfection. Finished with shaved parmesna cheese and accompanied by a garlic breadstick.

 Seafood Etouffee $32

Fresh shrimp, crawfish and crab simmered in a rich creole fish stock with diced celery, onions and peppers, finished with classic spices and smoked bacon roux. Served over steamed jasmine rice.

Carne Adobada $36

A classic Guatemalan dish, 48 hour marinated and braised bone-in pork ribs, accompanied by black beans, jasmine rice and served with a side of homemade salsa verde. (GF)
