Italian Wedding Soup Cup $8 or Bowl $16
Mirepoix vegetables, veal meatballs, escarole, and pastina simmered in white wine-infused chicken stock. Finished with garlic, herbs and shaved parmesan.
French Onion Soup $14
Spanish onions simmered in a rich sherry infused beef stock with freh herbs and spices, baked in a crock with French bread, topped with bubbly provalone and Swiss cheese. (GF Available)
Honey Ricotta Dip $16
Fresh Ricotta whipped with local honey, thyme and lemon zest. Served with flatbread chips. (GF Available)
Tuscan Bruschetta $16
Beefsteak tomatoes, onions, mixed olives, fresh mozzarella and basil in a light vinaigrette. Served over toasted French bread. (GF Available)
1740 House Panino $18
Hand carved Black Forest ham layered on fresh sourdough with creamy brie cheese and wholegrain mustard aioli. Toasted, pressed and served with a side of boardwalk frieds.
1740 House Burger $25
Grilled 8oz Black Angus beef burger topped with American cheese and homemade applewood smoked bacon jam on brieoche roll. Served with a side of fries.
Vegan Stuffed Peppers $24
Two fresh green bell peppers stuffed with a mixture of confeti vegetables, jackfruit spinach, jasmine rice, garlic, herbs and seasonings. Braised in a light white wine tomato sauce.
Vodka Penne $24
Whole wheat penne pasta in housemade marinara with sauteed cremini mushrooms, prosciutto and garlic. Finished with Tito’s vodka, butter and heavy cream. Tossed with shaved parmesan and fresh herbs, served with a garlic breadstick.
Chicken Cacciatore $26
Bone-in chicken braised in crushed tomato, red wine, garlic, shallots, and mixed Italian olives. Served over rice pilaf and accompanied by a garlic breadstick.
Crab Stuffed Halibut $34
Fresh halibut stuffed with lump crabmeat, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, herbs, and spices. Baked and served with rice pilaf, sauteed green beans and finished with lemon-butter sauce.
Braciola $30
Flank steak stuffed with breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic, herbs and eggs. Pan-seared and braised in crushed tomato herbs and spices. Sliced to order and accompanied by a fried polenta cake, sauteed escarole, and finished with tomato pan sauce.
