Stuffed Tomato $16

Classic chicken salad stuffed into a ripe heirloom tomato and served over a bed of micro greens.

Pulled Pork Sliders $18

BBQ pulled pork served on three potato slider rolls, topped with melted cheddar cheese. Accompanied by Jersey boardwalk fries.

1740 House Chicken Sandwich $22

Grilled marinated chicken breast, topped with melted cheddar cheese and applewood smoked bacon jam, accompanied by a side of fries.

Pasta Primavera $24

Fresh zucchini, yellow squash, baby portobello, tomatoes and arugula sauteed in a light arugula-walnut pesto, served over wild mushroom ravioli and finished with shaved parmesan cheese.

Swordfish Escabeche $28

Marinated and grilled swordfish accompanied by kimchi fried Jasmine rice and sauteed Chinese broccoli.

Paella $34

Fresh scallops, shrimp, little neck clams, mussels and linguica sausage simmered in a rich saffron scented fish stock, served over jasmine rice.
