Policies
For extended stays (more than one night) a 50% deposit is required. For one-night stays a 100% deposit is required.
Each Guest Room can accommodate only 2 adult Guests. Check-In any time after 2:00 PM / Check-Out is 11:00 AM. Room rates include a homemade country breakfast. There is a $50/night fee for a third person in a room.
May through October a two night minimum is required if staying Saturday night.
Remote controlled fireplaces are operational October through April.
1740 House Country Inn is dedicated to an environment that is relaxing and renewing. We do not offer accommodations for young children. Children 14 and over are welcome.
PETS
We regret that we cannot accept pets.
SMOKING
This is a Non-Smoking establishment. Smoking is permitted on the patios, balconies and around the pool area.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations will be charged a $25 processing fee per room if made 7 days prior to the reservation date. Cancellations made within 7 days of reservation will be charged the full deposit amount.
