Policies
A one night deposit is required when reservation is made.
Each guest room can accommodate only 2 people.
CHECK-IN – between 2:00 pm and 7:00 pm Any guests expecting to check-in after 7:00 pm must notify the Innkeeper when making reservation.
CHECK-OUT - 11:00 AM.
Rates include a full breakfast on weekends and a continental breakfast on weekdays.
June through September a two night minimum stay is required if staying Saturday night.
Remote controlled fireplaces are operational October through April.
1740 House Country Inn is dedicated to an environment that is relaxing and renewing. We do not offer accommodations for young children. Children 14 and over are welcome.
PETS
We regret that we cannot accept pets.
SMOKING
This is a Non-Smoking establishment. Smoking is permitted on the patios, balconies and around the pool area.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations made 7 or more days prior to scheduled check-in will receive the return of their deposit, minus a $20 processing fee per room. Cancellations made 6 days or less of reservation will forfeit the full deposit amount. No shows will be charged for the full reservation.
